The Bienville Parish Library exists to provide service to all people of the parish. This encompasses individuals and groups of every age, education, philosophy, occupation, economic level, ethnic origin, and human condition. Fulfilling the educational, informational, recreational needs of the people through the use of books and other materials, technological innovations, facilities, and professional services is the broad purpose of the Bienville Parish Library System.
